Shipping policy

All products at AMELIA LUEUR are made-to-order and drop-shipped directly from our printing partners. Production times typically vary from 2–5 business days. Please note that shipping times are calculated from the moment your order is shipped, not from the time the order is placed.

Estimated Delivery Times:
North America: 8–13 business days
UK: 7–12 business days
EU: 8–14 business days
Australia: 10–16 business days

All orders come with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your package is on its way.

Customs & Import Taxes:
For most of our shipping destinations (USA, UK, EU), items are produced and shipped locally, meaning no customs duties should apply. However, in rare cases where an item crosses international borders, any customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

It is important to report any damage immediately to hello@amelialueur.com If your order is damaged in any way, you must take photos detailing the damage and retain all packaging materials. All lost or damaged goods will be replaced at no additional charge.
